George, is a native of Charlotte and grew up in nearby, Belmont NC. He worked as a Police officer in Charlotte and Belmont, for 6 years, before making the transition to the financial services industry. He still resides in Belmont and is actively involved in his local community.
After serving in the financial services industry for the past 15 years, George witnessed firsthand the shortcomings of traditional financial strategies. During that time, he realized this approach to solving people’s financial problems wasn’t good enough, and felt his clients deserved better. Creating a retirement strategy based on the answer to the question, “What’s your number?” opens the door to numerous avenues of failure, due to changing market conditions, the likelihood of future income tax increases, inflation, and people living much longer than expected. Knowing this, George refuses to accept the conventional wisdom associated with traditional strategies, and instead seeks to apply critical, forward thinking to each client’s unique set of goals and challenges.
Preparing for the future has become much more than “best case scenario” retirement strategies for accumulation, retirement distribution, and legacy. A great strategy should be stress-tested from every angle, to include the worst-case scenario. When it comes to your future, failure is not an option.
